Erin Sockolof, Editor-in-Chief
My name is Erin Sockolof and this is my senior year at Wakefield. I’ve been with The Howler since 2020. In my spare time, I enjoy writing, doing makeup, singing and playing with my seven pets.
When I first joined The Howler staff I didn’t have a place where I felt a sense of belonging. But The Howler has given me a place to call home and a profession to love for the rest of my life. Now, not only am I leading the paper and teaching the next generation of journalists, but I am preparing for a career in medical journalism.
