#2 – Chocolate, Hazelnut, and Caramel Tart:

If France celebrated Thanksgiving, this would be their dessert as opposed to Pecan Pie. Two of the best chocolate combos are chocolate and caramel, and chocolate and hazelnut (Ah yes, Nutella.) This dessert was a combination that just had to be made. You would think that this recipe is super sweet and full of sugar, but you can eat a few in a row without falling into the famous “sugar coma”

#8 – Aztec Chocolate Bark:

Apparently, peppermint bark is not just everyone’s favorite holiday treat. I guess after eating the same old things all the time you get tired of them. Do not worry, this bark is completely different. A little backstory, chocolate was brought to Europe by the conquistadores, who got introduced to it by the Aztecs in what is now known as modern-day Mexico. Prized by the Aztecs, cacao was ground into a drink and flavored with chili, cinnamon, and honey. While this is not the exact recipe, the flavors are from those earlier and exotic times
