The Red Band Society is a comedic drama, airing on Fox, which is based in a pediatric ward. Unlike most hospital based shows, this one revolves around the patients not the doctors. The five main patients, Emma, Leo, Dash, Jordi, and Kara, all have ongoing illnesses which have made the hospital their new home. Together they have formed what they call “the red band society” based off of the red bracelets they receive when checked into the ER. In this group they support each other through the twists and turns of illness, not without drama though. This show is bound to bring you on a roller coaster of emotions, laughing and crying the entire way. It is definitely a good watch if you have enjoyed shows like Scrubs and House.
