The Howler

Isabela Mercer
My name is Isabela Mercer, I’m sixteen-years-old and since I am an exchange student from Brazil, I will be The Howler’s “Foreign Correspondent” for a year. A time in which I hope to bring some important ideas and topics to the public’ s attention by sharing my views on living in two so completely different countries. My goal is to write about bigger worldwide issues and news, may they be political or social.

“I have hated the words and I have loved them. And I hope I have made them right.” Markus Zusak, The Book Thief.
