Welcome to another episode of Safe Eats with Abby! Today, I’ll be making another recipe that my family has kept over the years: banana bread! We lost our original handwritten card, so nowadays we use a recipe we found online, courtesy of Art from my Table. It still manages to elicit feelings of nostalgia and bring to mind old memories spent in the kitchen, which is special as I approach the end of my senior year. Best yet, it’s free from eggs, wheat, milk, soy and nuts. I hope you all enjoy it!

- 1 ½ tsp. baking powder
- ¼ tsp. baking soda
- ¼ tsp. cinnamon
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
