The dessert itself is a less traditional option for those who have food sensitivities like me, so tune in — it might not be what you expect!

Ingredients:
- 1 box gluten-free graham crackers
- 11 oz plant-based cream cheese
- 16 oz dairy-free whipped topping (I use So Delicious CocoWhip)
- ⅓ cup sugar
- Separate 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup margarine or dairy-free butter, melted
- 1 package lime Jell-O
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
