Tunes to take you into fall
20 songs to carry you through the season
October 20, 2015
Fall songs are slow and meaningful. These are the songs that convey a message, anything from love to loss. Although they are not all entirely about autumn, they are perfect for these chilly fall days. Each of these songs tell their own story that listeners can relate to.
One of the songs, Nearly Witches, by Panic! At the Disco has a Halloween vibe, which is perfect for October. Blood Bank by Bon Iver is good for the end of fall when the holidays are approaching. Other songs such as Colors, Cannonball, Roots, and RIP 2 My Youth, are more upbeat, but still slow enough to listen to on rainy, cold days. The rest are all slow and meaningful, and give off an alternative/indie vibe. I created a playlist, included below with a line from each, and it is also located on Spotify.
