The Voice of Wakefield High School

@veiled.beaut

Veiled Beaut is a clothing company that started as a small scarf company. The owner, Sana Mahmood, began her company while in college, which expanded in size this year. The entrepreneur volunteers to help many Syrian and Palestinian refugees and orphans, wanting to live up to her idea of creating a company which encourages a positive impact in her community.

While helping the beautiful souls, Mahmood became inspired and has decided to donate 10% of profits towards sponsoring the orphans each year. You can buy Mahmood’s custom-made scarves and colored kimonos from Veiled Beaut while also helping orphans in need. Mahmood designs her scarves herself and always introduces new designs. They are definitely worth the price and perfect for winter weather.

The scarves are in multiple colors with elegant designs decorated on light and airy material. Follow the company’s Instagram account and see what new projects she’s helping out in. Mahmood works closely with a Helping Hand, an international non-profit organization dedicated toward helping those in need, and Young Muslims, another national non-profit organization for Muslim Youth in the United States. Check out the company and support them!
