Humor is important in all aspects of life, from stressful situations to embarrassing moments, and is actually a way to relieve stress and make you happier. Studies have shown that laughing can relieve your stress response by reducing your heart rate when overthinking. Laughing can also make you feel better and improve your mood. 

It is also proven that humor can improve circulation and muscle relaxation, which can keep you in a calm mood all day if needed. The calmness can then help you focus on the important things in life, and enjoy them too. 

Many things make people laugh. Whether it’s movies, stand-up comedy, jokes or even real-life situations, they are all meaningful. They can all have an impact on your day and put a smile on your face. That laughter can get you through the toughest of times, and also times that just require a laugh to get through them. 

Exposing yourself to laughter can change your whole perspective on the world around you. It can let you realize things about a topic that you have never even thought about, and can even help you realize things about yourself. So take time to laugh, because laughter is the best medicine, and can make your life evermore enjoyable.
