A: Special populations extended standards

Q: What do you like about this job?

A: I love working with the students in the classroom. I love watching them grow as individuals. 

Q: What are the pros of teaching in person?

A: Face-to-face interaction for sure. Being able to establish that relationship with your students and the other people that you work with.

Q: What are some hobbies you have outside of school?

A: I love to work outside. I’m beginning to garden a little bit.

Q: What do you like to garden?

A: Tomatoes, flowers.

Q: Is there someone who inspired you to pursue teaching?

A: Probably my third-grade teacher. She would pick me up and give me a ride to school every day, and she was just the sweetest teacher ever.

Q: What is your biggest advice for students?

A: To always do the right thing and always try your best.
