Wakefield culinary, interior design classes collaborate for Food Truck Rodeo
On Wednesday, April 19th, culinary arts classes hosted a Food Truck Rodeo during the last twenty minutes of class throughout the day. Students showcased interesting foods, appealing displays, and their knowledge of food safety procedures.

Students at one truck provide an Italian-inspired cuisine featuring cannoli, tiramisu and zeppole. Students in Wakefield's culinary arts classes have spent the past month planning a preparing a menu for Wednesday's "Food Truck Rodeo."
