Terra Schmitt
No matter where she goes, and no matter what she does, senior Terra Schmitt strives for success. Whether it’s in the many clubs she is involved in such as Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Science Honor Society, Mu Alpha Theta, Beta Club, or Key Club, Schmitt looks for opportunities to grow and learn in every experience. But academics aren’t the only thing Schmidt excels at.
“I am passionate about golf,” Schmitt said. “I enjoy playing it and want to keep improving. It has always been a big part of my life.”
Schmitt recently finished as a top 10 participant in a statewide women’s golf tournament, bringing pride to both Wakefield and her team.
“My friends, parents and goals all motivate me to be my best self and work hard,” said Schmitt.
Schmitt, though self-described as an introvert, will certainly continue to make enormous contributions to her community, honoring Wakefield and the sport she loves so much.
