What are you most proud of when considering this artwork?

I was most proud of the symmetry among the honeycombs and how there was a different story inside of each one. They all left me wondering what was going on inside these little pictures of life.

Where do you find inspiration as an artist?

I find it from all over. Most of the art I create for myself is of couples or characters I really like so if I see a cute video on TikTok I will recreate the pose with my own characters. Sometimes I take inspiration from the backgrounds or just the most vibrant colors I can make.

When did you begin drawing? What made you begin?

I have been drawing my whole life but I got more serious into art in my eighth-grade year. I knew art was something I wanted to improve at and take into my adult life. However, the thing that got me more serious about it was drawing fan art of my favorite characters because I became utterly obsessed with them.

What’s your favorite piece of art made by another person?

I couldn’t really name a specific piece, but I like a lot of fan artists on Twitter or Instagram.

How have you progressed throughout your life as an artist?

My style has changed a bit as I’ve switched more to digital art and learned how to use my software more professionally, I’ve started learning how to render skin and hair and clothes and the amount of layers I use for sketching and coloring has increased by tenfold.
